Reservation Policy
"The Fine Print". Reservation confirmations are sent by email or mailed when we receive a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay. One night stays require full payment. Your stay is guaranteed immediately with Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you choose to pay by check, your confirmation will be mailed when we receive the check. We will hold your reservation for 7 days awaiting your check. If after 7 days we have still not received your check, the room(s) will be returned to our booking list and not guaranteed. Therefore, whether you book directly or through an agent, be sure that you are holding a Water Street Inn confirmation. |
The balance of your stay is due on arrival.
Guests will be responsible for the fully reserved date(s) regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel 14 days prior to your reservation, we will refund your deposit less a $30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation, your full deposit will be forfeited.
Reservations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
We have a small Inn and do not "overbook" anticipating cancellations, so we welcome your reservation when plans are firm.
